a generous reception area, an extremely modern kitchen,
two courtyards and an exceptional roof deck. This deck provides
360 degree views of Cape Town city centre, Table mountain,
the distant Helderberg mountains, the busy harbour and Waterfront,

The main, air-conditioned double bedroom, known as the
“Supreme Suite”, is extremely roomy with its own
self contained kitchenette. In addition to access to the roof
deck, this suite also boasts
its own private balcony overlooking De Waterkant village in
the
foreground and the harbour in the background. The single room
has
its own, private patio overlooking the rear courtyard with
stairs
leading to the shared roof deck.
The house is presented in a Manhattan townhouse decorative
signature and as such the interior is slick and modern,
with contemporary accents forming part of the central,
African theme consistent throughout the house.
The property is either rented out as a fully self catering
unit, or as an adjunct to the main Guest House, 17 on Loader,
situated a few houses away. In the latter case, rooms are
let out on a bed and breakfast basis.
ACCOMMODATION:
There are three bedrooms, comprising two double bedrooms
and one single room, all with their own en-suite bathrooms.
Two
of the rooms have en-suite showers and the main room has both
an en-suite shower and separate bath. All linen and towels
are 100%
pure white cotton of the highest quality, and only natural
bathroom products are used.
BREAKFAST:
The rates are calculated either on a self catering or bed
and breakfast
basis, dependant on individual requirements. The bed and breakfast
rates include a continental breakfast each morning (7AM -
11AM)
which is served in a basket for guests to enjoy in their rooms,
the roof terrace, the front balcony or the dining room. Tea
and coffee facilities and an honesty bar are also available.
