No. 17 on Loader - Cape Town guest
house is situated in the heart of one of
Cape Town’s oldest, trendiest and most sought-after
areas - De Waterkant.
Situated on the slopes of Cape Town’s
Signal Hill and overlooking the
Cape Town harbour and world famous V&A Waterfront, the
area known as
De Waterkant is well known for its unique and original Cape
architecture,
quaint, cobbled streets, with many boutiques, coffee shops
and delis
to entice the most discerning traveller’s tastes and
palates.
Our guest house is conveniently situated
within walking distance of the
Cape Town city centre, the Waterfront, several health centres
and some of
Cape Town’s most popular restaurants and clubs.
De Waterkant is considered to be a safe area,
and is patrolled by security staff and dogs on a 24-hour basis.
The guest house Cape Town is on three levels
and has a large roof terrace
with views of Table Mountain, the harbour, the Waterfront
and Cape Town
city centre. Underfloor heating keeps the guest house beautifully
warm during
the winter while huge plane trees keep the front of the property
cool during the long, hot summer months.

Cape Town

the busy harbour and Waterfront, or of nearby Signal Hill.
There are comfortable chairs and loungers
on the roof deck,
making this the perfect place to have early morning coffee
watching the sunrise,
or to suntan during the hot days, take a cold shower under
our beautiful
South African skies, or alternatively, you can enjoy sundowners,
and just revel in the beauty that is Cape Town.
